Created by Benjamin Boyi, a professionally trained Dental professional and chef, Mis En Place is the result of a bold decision to step away from traditional corporate paths and follow a lifelong passion for culinary artistry. After 5 years of working within large institutions, Benjamin chose to retire from conventional roles to pursue a dream rooted in craftsmanship, hospitality, and meaningful human connection.
